Thanks to our broad knowledge of process automation, network technology and Microsoft OS, we can participate in the decision making process as a fully qualified partner to establish the right software solutions for your automation questions.
A very important part of the tasks of the Wonderware Benelux Support Group is to provide support by phone and on site, with the application of Wonderware software solutions. To benefit from those support services, you need one of the Wonderware Benelux contracts (formerly Telerex contracts).

Your local Wonderware Distributor must sponsor your application.
Your company must purchase and maintain an annual Wonderware Customer Support subscription from your local Wonderware Distributor.
Your company must purchase and maintain current Wonderware Development consignment licenses from your local Wonderware Distributor.
Your company must submit proof of two successful installations, both of which must feature InTouch® HMI software and the Wonderware Historian.
Your company must maintain at least two Wonderware Certified Developers, both of whom are certified on InTouch software and the Wonderware Historian on staff. SI employees become Wonderware Certified Developers by passing our product certification exams on the InTouch HMI and Wonderware Historian.
You must promote Wonderware as your preferred software provider and represent Wonderware products in a professional manner.
To remain certified, you must successfully implement at least one application annually, using one or more of the products in which you are certified. You must submit a summary of each project as proof of your installations to your assigned Wonderware Program Manager
